Well, I'm hoping that they can learn from Dupe because I find Dupe to be the more durable brand. Plus, it's cheaper.
My problem with Havainas is that the first point of the strap (the one below your toes) gets easily detached.
On a side note, if you have this problem with your Havainas, you can easily fix this by piercing a wire so it holds the strap in place.
Note that you should use a wire that doesn't easily bend.
