I'm loving his new hairstyle these days. It's not safe (like his semi-bald do during the FutureSex/LoveSounds era), or trying hard to scream "I'm not from N'SYNC anymore".
But above all, this hair style is cool, replicable for non-celebrities who don't have time or money to go to a salon, and best of all ..age-appropriate. You can tell that JT is 30-ish, yet not old, still relevant, and not trying to compete with the likes of Justin Bieber.
