Although your idea of style and styling may not be that of a tween or that of a fashionable socialite, plus you may prefer to use the term "grooming" instead, it is style nonetheless. You want to look neat. You want to look like you smell good. You want to look presentable. Aren't these all facets of style?
Believe me, you know style even if you don't think you don't. When you mix and match your clothes, you're styling. When you don't like the clothes your daughter (or girlfriend) has bought for you and say "that's not my style," you are being a stylist.
